DT Pet Nutrition – Return & Refund Policy

Because our meals are freshly cooked, customised, and perishable, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on food products once delivered.

However, we want you and your pet to feel confident ordering from us. If there is any issue, please contact us β€” we’re always happy to help.

Food Products

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons:

  • All fresh meals are final sale.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened or delivered food items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Wrong items
  • Missing items
  • Damaged or leaking packaging

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Consultation & Custom Nutrition Services

For nutrition consultation services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
  • If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders for fresh meals may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled cooking date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after this window are not refundable as ingredients will already be purchased and prepared.
