  • Customised fresh meal preparation

We do not provide veterinary diagnosis or medical treatment.
Always consult your veterinarian for medical concerns.

Customised Meals

Our meals are:

  • Formulated based on information you provide
  • Intended to support overall wellbeing

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pet health information
  • Informing us of any allergies or medical conditions

Payment

  • Full payment is required before order confirmation.
  • Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, materials, formulations, reports, consultation summaries, recordings, branding, and educational resources, remains the intellectual property of DT Pet Nutrition.

These materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DT Pet Nutrition shall not be liable for:

  • Adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions
  • Improper food storage after delivery

Consultation Recording & Documentation

To support clarity and accuracy, consultation sessions may be conducted via Zoom and recorded with the guardian’s consent.

The recording is intended to:

  • Support accurate preparation of the written Nutrition Guidance Summary
  • Allow guardians to revisit key discussion points after the session

The recording link will be shared privately after the session and remain accessible for 21 days from the consultation date.

Recordings are for personal reference only and may not be redistributed, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes.

The written Nutrition Guidance Summary remains the official structured recommendation document provided by DT Pet Nutrition.

DT Pet Nutrition retains ownership of all consultation materials, including recordings and written reports.

Guardians may opt out of recording. The consultation may proceed without recording.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated terms.
